Security Deposit

Security deposit: starting at $600 up to two months rent.

Depending on the screening results of our applicants, there may be a conditional approval in which a higher deposit would be required.

Pet Policy and Fees

2 pet maximum.
Pet fee (non-refundable) $350 for 1 pet; $500 for 2 pets.
Pet rent: $10 per month for 1 pet; $15 for 2 pets.
Our pet policy does not allow aggressive breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds.

Terms and Conditions
1. Rental rates and availability are subject to change without notice pending full lease execution.
2. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property without express written prior approval.
3. I certify that I am 18 years or older.
4. I hereby state that all the information given in this application is true and correct. I authorize the agent to process this application, contacting any persons deemed necessary to verify the information provided including credit, income and employment history, student status, housing reference, bank balances.
5. I understand if there is a substantial change in my circumstances between application and move-in, the Landlord may reconsider this application accordingly.
6. In lieu of an original signature to this agreement, landlord will accept a valid and legitimate electronic and/or facsimile signature of the resident. In doing so, resident hereby acknowledges his/her endorsement and acceptance of this agreement, and he/she waives any challenge to validity of this agreement based on resident's endorsement by electronic and/or facsimile signature.
7. Applicant hereby pays an application fee for the purpose of being considered a resident for a dwelling unit.
